Overview

I'm constantly running into this scenario, someone wants their site evaluated because they want to actually get into SEO and get their site to rank well on Google. Often their site design is dated and just as often they have gone to Godaddy's website tonight and slapped a site together and they want to know what I think about it.

Most often their only consideration is how the site looks, my opinion is not important in this area, the potential client's is, and there are various ways to measure that.

What is crucial to getting in the SEO race is, for the most part, under the hood, hidden in the coding your site is made of.

However it is pretty tough to argue with research and data, although I see it done all the time. So why don't we get on with it. Let's jump to site evaluation to get started.
